Trip Cancellation / Trip Interruption - Medical

If you must cancel or interrupt your Covered Trip due to an unexpected injury, sickness or death.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment

If you are covered for Accidental Death and Dismemberment, in the event of loss of life, limb or sight resulting from any injury sustained while on the covered trip, please contact our Client Services Department at the number below for assistance.

You may initiate a claim by contacting the Travelex Claims Department who will record the initial information concerning your claim and send you the appropriate claim form along with the "required documentation list" for completing and submitting your claim.
